Wind through the trees

Fenris shut his eyes in pain but then opened them and held back the pain. He ignored the pain and his thoughts, now it seemed there was nothing else only him and his ememy. He growled and spun his large scared, bloddy face around as well as his body. "You keep saying that! Do it!" He snarled and threw his heavy body to the wolf. Only hitting him to the hard dirt covered ground. Fenris was sick of playing around now there was no escape from this attack. Fenris didnt a sound or a growl, just grabbed the wolves neck and bit down straying blood into his mouth. Fenris had grabbed the wolves large artery in its neck. If the wolf moved a slightest bit the artery would break and he would bleed to death. This was a very clever move to do, even though the pain in his ear thobbed onwards, he didnt looses his grip.

" Noooooooo please s-stop, dont kill him!" Mudpelt said in anguished cry. As she looked at the life seeping out of Mokkan, her old vision of her parents and siblings being killed came back to her....... No stop she told her self. You have to think of Mokkan.

oh what was that poem her mother had told her for neck bites. ( her mother was a medicinal wolf) It had somthing to do with Dogbush. ( made up plant) Oh, Dogbush could cure anything if you found it. Problem was it was extremly rare.
Mudpelt looked around her, and out of no where she spotted some. Its clistening leaves a positive sight. But it was a far way off. Could she aford the time? I can for Mokkan's sike, and, swift as a spring hare, bolted to the bush.

Mokkan knew if he moved he would be killed. But he needed to kill Fenris. He twisted around and sliced Fenris' neck open as blood gushed out of his neck. Both wolves were dying. "You got what you deserved. Goodbye." Mokkan coughed weakly.

As she raced back to Mokkan with the Dogbush, she now saw both wolves on the ground, blood gushing out.

" Mokkan, I got some Dogbush, it will save you."

She started chewing the leaves into a pulp, but would she be too late.
Mudpelt spit the pulp onto the wound and watched it work its healing powers. Mokkan shifted a little thin fell limp.

" No, I was to late. Mokkan, im sorry." Mudpelt said in a failed bush. She finally realized what the feeling was . I twas love toward Mokkan.

As she howled a aguished howl, Mokkan shiffted again and bleaked his eyes open. It had worked! Her love was alive!

"Wha...what happened?" asked Mokkan.

" you, you almost died, but I saved you with Dogwood. But that other wolf is still dying. do you want me to give him some Dogwood? I had to save you first. I couldnt let you die."

Did he know that she loved him?

"I...I suppose you should give him some. I'll get back at him for this someday."

" Ok then we leave. Ive had too much adventure today."

She chewed the dogwood and spit it onto the other wolfs neck. It worked quikly and when he got up mudpelt said in a level voice. " please leave us be, or the next time someone slits your throat, I wont bring you back.\

She sauntered off to the, struggling to get up , mokkan. She let him lean on her shoulder and said

" Just tell me where to go and I will go with you." that had more meaning to it than Mokkan would ever know.

"Let's go and find a home. I don't know about you, but I've had enough fighting to last a lifetime." muttered Mokkan.

" Of course."


As the two wolves walked into the sunset( i know kinda corny but cool) there ppelts brushing Mudpelt felt like she belonged

Warp was sitting behind a bush and looking at fenris. Your lucky that mudpelt let you have some dogbush Warp said. Or else you wouldint still be alive Warp said. Warp got out from the bushs and walked a little bit closer to fenris and then sat down.

very good...lazer jumped out side and he saw a wolf and said what are you doing? and he said look at the moon

Before watching the two wolves go he lifted up his head in a howl. His howl didnt mean fighting or anything like that. It was a howl of respect for the wolf. After lowering head his turned to the wolf next to him. "Im in debt with mudpelt, she saved my life, im gratefull." He said to the wolf. And other wolf jumped near and made Fenris jumped only a little. He asked a question that Fenris didnt know. "I dont know really."

Mokkan heard Fenris' howl and he returned it. Mokkan continued to enter the deeper part of the island to find a place that only he and Mudpelt could enter.

" Lets rest, Im getting a little tired." Mudpelt said as they crossed a bubbling stream.
"Since wer'e going to be living in the same place, I'd like to know a little about yourself." Mudpelt said with a smile. They seettled down in a soft patch of grass and Mokkan began.

"Well, okay."replied Mokkan. "I am 5 years old and was born in Yellowstone." he said."What about you?"

" Im 4 and a half and was born in Colorado. My parents were killed by poachers and ive been roaming the terrain ever sense. Thats why I was so excited to meet you."

Warp looked at fenris and smiled. I am waiting for fenris warp said to lazer. Yes the moon is pretty warp said in a calm voice.

Fenris stood up and noticed a smile from one of the wolves. The pain was calm now, nothing he hadnt had twice as worse. Fenris shook his head and turned to the wolves. "Dont you have a pack or a family to protect?" He asked looking at each of the wolves.

No i dont have any pack or family warp sad in a sad tone. My parents died from a fight with a grizzly and after they died i came and saw them and then i saw the grizzly so i lunged at the grizzly with full force and managed to kill it after awhile. So ever since then i never made a pack or had a family Warp said.

Fenris gave a weak smlie and turned to her. "Im sorry about your parents." He said softly and turned back around, he looked up in the sky. Dark clouds covered the sky and the wind began to blow harder now. He padded slowly forward. "C'mon, theres a storm ahead. Follow me."
