Wind through the trees

Mokkan slipped through the thick tangle of ferns, making his way towards the center of the island. When he made it there, he spotted thick tangles of brush, and hidden in the center of the thick foliage he spotted an opening contaning a grazing deer. He pounced and cracked the deer's legbone, bringing it down as he snapped at the deer's throat. blood gushed everywhere, and Mokkan dined on the sweet flesh until he fell asleep.

Fenris ears perked forward at every sound that rang out. The land was dark and silent. The only noises where the small sticks cracking under his feet. Like a wave of heat the smelt of blood drowned his nose. Fenris lifted his head and soon enough the scent came closer and the sight of a sleeping wolf came to view. He gave a small deep growl and then moved forward. His hackles were rised and tail held high. Who was this wolf, was it a theat? Fenris asked himself. If so he would not spare any pity and would kill. "Who are you?!" He snarled close to the wolf head and then backed off a few steps.

Warp was just far off hunting elk until she heard another wolf growling. So she followed the sound until she got to the source. And when she found the source she growled as well. Who are you she said.

Fenris turned with speed and snarled at the wolf. "Does it matter?" He said in a aggressive tone.

Warp looked at fenris with an angry look. Yes because you are scaring the elk away with your loud growling! She said in an aggressive tone

Fenris moved forward to the wolf face to face. "My name is Fenris." He said this in a soft yet angry tone. He turned around flicking his tail in the wolves face. "You know those things?" He pointed his nose to the wolves legs. "Use them" He growled again, his hackles were still rised.

Warp growled and said i will use them if you would at least be a little bit more quieter so the elk dont hear you she said in a soft but angry tone.

Fenris lowered his voice and lowered his hackles. "Run along female, go and catch your elk. I have no time to be debating with loners."

Mokkan woke up and snarled at Fenris and Warp."Who are you and what are you doing here?" snarled Mokkan. "This is my territory!"

Great now we got one wolf to be quiet and now another started! Look my name is warp and i came here to stop this black wolf from being so loud cause he was scaring away my elk! Is that simple enough? She said in an aggressive tone.

Fenris turned around and faced the female once more. "Unless you are looking for a fight i would back off! Go and hunt your ELK as you have said." Fenris turned away from the wolf and then from the other wolf and padded off into the silent trees

Fine i will warp said. Warp walks off into the woods and goes to hunt the elk.

Mokkan picked himself up and slipped through the trees to find Fenris and Warp. He moved silently, only occasionally ruffling the bushes in his wake.

Mudpelt comes through the forest in a scared way. Her pack had been killed off and was looking for a friend.
As soon as mudpelt comes around a clump of brambles, she sees a intimidating black wolf with a large thrush in his mouth. Mudpelt wonders if she should interupt him while he was hunting.
She gathers her courage and walks over

"H-Hello, my name is mudpelt," she said" thats a nice catch"

Mokkan turned around and saw the wolf, standing there cowering on the ground. Mokkan fixed him with a glare, but soon stopped when he saw that this wolf was not a threat. "I'm Mokkan. What are you doing here" Mokkan asked, dropping an extra thrush he had caught at Mudpelt's feet. "There, you can have it."

"Neither do I" replied Mokkan, a wistful look on his face. "I'm looking for Fenris and Warp. They went this way, I think. I want to make a pack, too!"

Mudpelt felt a feeling she had never felt before. But as suddenly as it had come it went away.

"Sure," replied Mokkan. He disappeared into the thick coat of ferns.

Fenris quickly turned around to see a bush move but only slightly. "You better hope that you got a dam good excuse for following me!".
